Future Strategic Considerations

Benefit from Lessons Learnt

Future 101 partnerships will be able to benefit from lessons learnt during Wave 1 of the 101 Programme. The three key strategic considerations are:

  • Creating a platform for successful collaboration within the partnership
  • Value for Money
  • Standards

Successful Collaboration

The SNEN System is scaleable and flexible:

  • Scaleable as the In-Scope services expand
  • Scaleable as more partners and service providers join the service
  • Flexible enough to meet to needs of multiple partners

Sopra Newell & Budge wishes to encourage collaboration between future 101 partnerships.

Value for Money

Based on a Shared Services Model Sopra Newell and Budge are able to offer an optimum balance between cost, performance and resilience.

Standards

The SNEN System is built to meet the Home Office Data Standards v1.0, and incorporates security standards appropriate to a restricted listing on the UK Government Protective Marking Scheme.

Sopra Newell & Budge and IIZUKA Software Technologies have contributed to the development of further Home Office standards related to the operation of the 101 Service and will form a key part of the 101 Data Standards Working Group.
